And I beilive that it is a either a MS or Intel issue, because from what I have researched windows 7 needs a XHXI driver that is no longer supported by the skylake chipset. I have also seen another solution, go on the machine with a linux live and create a partition on the hdd and copy over the iso file for my custom image, and then boot from from that.
